Q. An outfit you recently bought?

A. Duffle coat!

Q. Do you go out shopping with the members?

A. It’s not that I’m one who’s into shopping much... Even so I used to go to interior shop together with Wooyoung.

Q. Do you usually wear logo knit clothing too?

A. Actually my plain outfit for today also gives that feels! ㅋㅋㅋJeans on white knit. I also like females who wear knit clothing.

Q. Do you want to wear couple look?

A. !!! I think if I get a girlfriend I’d wear it.

Q. After how many dates you’ll confess?

A. On the 2nd time.

Q. If your girlfriend ask you to change your hairstyle and outfit style?

A. I’ll change it directly!

Q. Females’ scent you like?

A. Sweet and fruity scent.

Q. The thing came into your mind about “If you do this when you’re at school, you’ll be popular”?

A. Sports! I played badminton♪ Because Jinyoung hyung also told me to do it recently, I played with Chansung and Wooyoung togetherㅋㅋㅋ 

WORK 

Q. A track you like from the (upcoming) album?

A. Only Girl. I like the soft and sweet melody in the song written by the composer Shim Eunji.

Q. Any episode about your solo track SO WONDERFUL?

A. Actually I also really like the demo sound of this track Minjun made for me... I had a hard time while recording it  ㅋㅋㅋ This time I plan to make a sexy stage for the performance♥

Q. Recently you’re cast in a Japanese Drama “Kindaichi Case File”! If you are to be cast again, what would you like?

A. I think it’s either love comedy or action film.

[TRANS] Tenasia 2014 January Issue Interview - Taecyeon

Q. Although you’ve been steadily acting, this is your first movie. During that time, I think there were many movie offers but what was your reason for choosing ‘Marriage Blues’ at first

There were some movie offers. During that time, the scenarios which came to me were what I concentrated on.

There was also a burdensome thing then. In Marriage Blue it’s not one where I got much appearance time.

But, even when you see there’s not many appearance time, because the character descriptions had to be certainly shown, there were also rather difficult parts in it.

Q. That’s why I asked. Actually, in ‘Marriage Blue’ the role you acted didn’t appear much, and compared to other characters who are more fixed, the portion you showed was also not much.

I think you have a somewhat critical reason.

The story itself was fun. Until now I’ve received either heavy (plot), action or lots of manly ones.

Compared to those, ‘Marriage Blues’ is lighter, and there were more comical parts. I think that’s why I chose it.

Q. You had an interview with Tenasia about your recent drama ‘Who Are You’, at that time you said you are really similar with the character Weoncheol.

You chose this movie with such point, can we see a great impact?

That’s right, I think it’s a sure thing. Weoncheol’s script matched with my thoughts, and there was a moment that it was easy to act this role.

Q. Perhaps, don’t you get fearful about the movie?

It also applies to drama. I acted in the drama ‘Cinderella’s Sister’ for the first time, that character I did back then can be similar to the current one I do.

For first time the burden was so big, because there’s fear. I think it applies to anyone.

Q. Though it’s your first time in a movie, how did you feel seeing your face on the screen

It’s complicated. There’s a time I’m embarrassed, and there’s a time when  I’m fine. When I saw it being closed up, it’s different.

To express it in a word, it’s difficult emotions. Despite knowing the plot and seeing it, there’s also  self sizzling scene. (Laugh)

Q. Don’t you feel greedy while acting? When we watch and set only the part you did, compared to the other couples featured in the movie, yours is in fact weak.
